For years our address appeared in eight different spellings, and three documents still printed an office we left. Every piece now uses the block below, copied, never retyped.

"Road" spelled out. No "Rd", no "SE".
Both phone numbers, 800 first.
No fax number. It was removed in 2025.
The website without "www" or "https".

Interim. The exact form of the street address ("Road" or "Rd SE") and whether the fax line is closed still need a final yes from the office. Until then, use this block.
