For twenty years the right logo was wherever someone last saved it. Masters now live in one shared folder, and every copy on a desktop is just a copy.

- Revisions
- RevA, RevB, RevC. Never "final", "new", "use this" or initials
- Spaces
- None. Underscores between parts, capitals within words
- Masters
- Illustrator files saved with PDF compatibility on, so they preview and place
